Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery

We insure delivery within 24 hours of your order which means the next day or  the  day after at most . Friday orders will always be delivered on Sunday .

Return Policy : 

you can return any item in case you have recieved damaged or opened with no cost . if you do not like the product , and you would like to return it within 2 days , you will be charged the delivery cost of 2.500 KD . and we are working on making it free of cahrge soon for all returns 

Shipping Damage:

* If the product(s) arrives at your door with apparent damage, Please refuse to sign it and then contatc us immediatly .
* If you have already accepted the parcel and found it was damaged, please contact us within 24 hours by email ( info@emarket.com.kw ) or phone after the parcel arrived.

* do not throw away any packing material.

Factory Defect:

* If you have received your product(s) with factory defect, please email us within 48 hours after you have received the parcel.
* The product(s) which you want to return must be in new with its original packaging and also in unused condition.
* In case we cannot provide a replacement or exchange the product(s), we will arrange a full refund to you.
* any other cases depend on the situation.

Once the return is approved by us, the item must be returned to us within 2 days after you have received it. The returned product(s) must be in good condition with original packaging.

If the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will send a new one . Otherwise, if proved to be functional we will send the original item back to you . The delivery charges therefore should considered on the client .
