نظراَ للظروف الراهنه سيكون التوصيل بعد رفع الحظر الكلي او الشامل و سيستغرق من يوم واحد الى ٧ ايام 

Due to current global events with COVID-19, and the complete lockdown in the state of Kuwait- All deliveries are postponed until after the curfew/lockdown which is expected to be May 30th. Delivery will take 1 to 7 days after that. 

We ensure delivery within 1 day, but can take up to 7 days. 

Friday orders will always be delivered on Sunday. Shipping locally in Kuwait Is free of charge at the moment 

GCC shipping is flat 5 KD and is delivered within 3-5 business days.

Return Policy :

you can return any item in case you have received damaged or opened with no cost . if you do not like the product , and you would like to return it within 3 - 5 days , you will be charged the delivery cost of return cost of 1 KD. 

Customer will bear Credit Card charges for refunds of returned orders 

in order to return an item , the items should have all its packing intact , not used and in a re-sellable condition . Otherwise the item will not be returned .

Shipping Damage:

* If the product(s) arrives at your door with apparent damage, Please refuse to sign it and then contact us immediately .
* If you have already accepted the parcel and found it was damaged, please contact us within 24 hours by email ( Support@emarketkw.com ) or phone after the parcel arrived.

* do not throw away any packing material.

Factory Defect:

* If you have received your product(s) with factory defect, please email us within 48 hours after you have received the parcel.
* The product(s) which you want to return must be in new with its original packaging and also in unused condition.
* In case we cannot provide a replacement or exchange the product(s), we will arrange a full refund to you.
* any other cases depend on the situation.

Once the return is approved by us, the item must be returned to us within 2 days after you have received it. The returned product(s) must be in good condition with original packaging.

If the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will send a new one . Otherwise, if proved to be functional we will send the original item back to you . The delivery charges therefore should considered on the client .
